To ensure a seamless integration into the Community Colleges, we counted on the experience of engaged faculty and staff to support fellows in familiarizing themselves with their institution, structure, and culture. For the second phase, Faculty and Staff Coordinators helped fellows engage in various projects in collaboration with students, faculty, and staff across multiple disciplines.
